"Unfortunately the initially scheduled day got rained out. Richmonds Air made sure to fit me in the very next day. Tiffany, the rep that came out, was informative, did a good job, and was helpful with some other questions. Our A/C is definitely running the best that it has all summer (I hope it stays this way). "

During an hour, he checked systems without hesitation and with professional manner.
Before he leaving, he clean-up the unit.
